Outcome Team Two is made up of community members who work to help kids from kindergarten through high school graduation. They are led by team Champion, Brenda Warren, who serves on the Green Bay School Board, and Rick Heck, whose “day job” is with Schreiber Foods, Inc., a worldwide company based here in Green Bay, WI that has a strong commitment to volunteerism.
Other team members come to us from local schools, healthcare centers, and community organizations. What they all have in common is a vested interest in the health, welfare and education of our kids, and the desire to see them all successfully graduate high school.
