Committees
Fundraising Committee: a Fundraising Committee for Achieve Brown County is currently forming. This is a new committee that has not existed before. The work of the committee throughout 2024 will be focused on developing a committee charter which will describe the monthly and annual responsibilities of the committee, skills/attributes that the committee will seek across its members and 2-3 goals that the committee hopes to accomplish before the end of 2024. 10-Year Anniversary Planning Committee: Achieve Brown County is celebrating 10-years as a nonprofit organization in 2024. We are forming a small event planning committee to support us in planning and executing a 10-Year Anniversary Celebration. Committee members will help us with event planning and execution. Activities that the committee might support include: venue selection, securing sponsors, co-developing our event program, helping decide on the little details like colors, invitations or table décor, and ensuring we have a comprehensive guest list. The tentative month our 10-year celebration will take place is October 2024. To express interest in being involved in the design and execution of our 10-year anniversary celebration please reach out to Sarah Beckman, Executive Director, at sarah@achievebrowncounty.org.
